The inspiring art and cozy living room-feel make The Lyricist Lounge a great space for creating podcasts, intimate listening parties or hosting writing camps.

Equipped with a full PA system, an Apollo Twin quad interface and our incredible Rhodes Mk 1, it’s perfect for rehearsing instruments or recording full-band setups, offering natural acoustics and flexible configurations without interrupting workflow. It’s a room where creativity can breathe — from quiet, focused writing sessions to dynamic ensemble rehearsals.

The Lyricist balances inspiration and functionality, letting artists move between focus, collaboration and experimentation with ease. It’s both a retreat and a creative tool — the place where ideas are nurtured and shaped before they find their way to the console in Studio 1 or the production hub of Studio 2.
